    Quite right Mara69, I have deleted my 'Tale of Woe' as I realise
    I fell into a trap.

    Quite simply you can only use the car for work if you are the claimant, her award is at risk if you don't. This is the same if you have Disability tax on your car, the car it is on must not be used for work unless you are the claimant.
