The bread is cut last if you are buying a footlong. Maybe the person cut the bread, put the knife back down onto the sandwich itself then quickly wrapped it without noticing.

how do they put the fillings in then:confused:

yup it is true the night that scotland got beat by morocco in the world cup. Lost £1200 in cash too and it took me 4 days to get home hobbling all the way.
    Makes an great story though.

very unlikely unless 'in her sandwich' means in the sandwich package, aka wrapping. Or it ended up in the dough and cooked with it but would have been hard to get a knife in it that's hidden in the top or bottom half when cut.
  • they dont make any dough there its all frozen and just put staight in the oven anyway. Would like to know the real facts about this.

i and a few colegues got food poisoning from a local subway, ill never go back.

it seems to me they tend to use the cheapest possible labour with generaly only one person that can speak english which is weird cause im up in glasgow where ever other fast food chain can afford to be staffed by local teenagers etc working for working for minimum wage, makes you wonder what they actuall pay those guys.

i've been to Glasgow twice and can't understand anybody there so if there's 1 person in Subway who CAN speak English i'd be happy.

Both times i've been to Glasgow i've ended up in Subway a few times (mate loves the stuff) and never had any problems.

I can't stand prepacked sandwiches or rolls, Subways on the other hand are bliss, no butter or other disgusting spread that's economic and adds nothing nutritional, I can personally recommend Italian cheese and herb bread with spicy Italian filling, cheese and salad (no cucumber it tastes like plss) with chipotle and sweet onion sauce, it's the mutz nutz don't forget to get it toasted too.
