Morning everyone . Not much achieved from the lists yet, but I have done a few bits and pieces:

    Emptied dish rack
    Clean and dry laundry folded
Two laundry loads on line (weather looking dodgy though!)
    One laundry load in WM
Been out to buy cat's food

Will be doing another job application now and some other bits of work before tackling more of the lists later on today hopefully.

My cat likes to bring birds home, but they are always dead :(

    Morning all.

Jaybee, your post about kiddies finding dusty things made me laugh. I remember my DS bringing a new friend home years ago, and the lad asked why my house was so dusty. I took him home and he was never invited again, but I did employ a cleaner.

Now that sounds like a good idea!!

ETA Dustykitten! My brother's cat always brings in frogs (doesn't kill them) and deposits them in shoes or bags in the porch! They sometimes have to escort 5 or 6 at a time back to the pond!!

I know when there is a frog in the kitchen by all the dust in the cat's water bowl ;):o

Piggers, SiL is very partial to smoking and not just tobacco. Sad when her DD (9yrs) kept asking to go home and she kept opening another can. Sixteen and Eighteen year old think it is sad and disgusting to be drunk like that (that includes their friends aswell :D). I do drink but only a glass or two so they have 'responsible' drinking modelled (frequently :p).

    I've put DW on
    Put WM on
    Emptied compost caddy
    Hoovered hard floors downstairs.

Doing lunch for DS1 and DS3 and then DH and I need to head out to get more paint.

Well, I've walked the dogs and done the big monthly shop with DH. Have just done an 'not happy' email to Homebase after a less than great shopping experience this morning, can't believe I recommended one of their products on another thread earlier today.

Have just had lunch, next task is putting fresh bedding on our bed and then maybe venture out to the garden if it doesn't rain again.
Spend less now, work less later.
