just had two rice cakes (two packs for 99p at the 99p shop); one with marmite and pumpkin seeds, the other with peanut butter and sliced apple on it, and a couple of tangerines. Yum.0

Eggs, bacon, pancakes, potato cakes, sausages, kippers, kedgeree, fruit like grapefruit and prunes - I am sure other people will be able to add more.December GC: £3500 -
Many people ate full English breakfasts or similar, every day of the week. Breakfast was a bigger event due to most jobs involving manual labour - farming and mining and the like - so a breakfast was a big and varied meal that set you up for the day.0
