We like to have drop scones/griddle cakes for breakfast, sometimes I make them the night before and then pop under the grill to warm up next morning..

Or what about something like sausages, if you have sausages for tea the night before you could do a couple extra and then warm up for in a sandwich?

I've just also thought you could probably reheat normal pancakes aswell.

How about spanish omlette too? I do it more like a baked tortilla I have this alot for lunch, I make about 3 days worth and then eat it cold, if you did it with tomatoes/mushrooms/bacon it would make it more breakfast-like.. I just use a pot of cottage cheese and about 4 eggs mixed together and poured over veg etc in a glass oven dish, then bake till set.

ETA I'm not sure if I mean tortilla or fritatta, I have a feeling they are quite similar though!

I'm addicted to swiss bircher muesli at the moment, which is really good for you and tastes gorgeous. Most of it is done the night before.

Put some oats in a bowl (I use a half cup measure) and just cover them with milk or apple juice. If you like, you can put a few frozen berries in at this stage too, just dump them on top of everything else. Put it in the fridge overnight.

Next morning, grate in half an apple and stir in a bit of honey, and plain yoghurt if you like. Stir it all together. If you've used berries it will go bright purpley pink :D

I'm not very good at succinct. Why say something in 10 words when 100 will do?

this older thread should have some fantastic ideas

I struggle with a healthy balanced and filling breakfast but have recently been making omelettes to take to work. I would only make it the night before and wouldn't leave it any longer than that. I reheat a 2 egg omelette for 50 seconds in the work microwave.

I was worried about food safety but providing i cool it quickly and refridgerate straight away - and reheat fully, it works perfectly for me and my needs.

i must read that other thread myself. Ill merge this later

I production make bacon and egg mcmuffins, freeze them and then nuke for 90 secs in the morning. I use a packet of muffins, a packet of bacon (grilled) a carton of eggs (scrambled) and a pack of cheese slices. Takes 5 mins to do, and a nice quick brekkie.

Also do the Nigella pancake mix from nigella express. Make up a huge batch of dry stuff, then when needed measure out 150g, a cup of milk and one egg, beat it up, and make pancakes. Also takes less time than toast, and much nicer.

You might enjoy this original recipe, designed by the Dr to be proportional to a person's nutritional needs.
When I make it I leave the oats, water, milk and lemon juice to soak overnight and then add 7oz grated, chopped or mashed fruit (any fruit, apple is the standard, and is grated whole including skin and core, but any fruit in season can be used. May favourite treaty one is peach and strawberry) and the sprinkle of nuts in the morning:
