    Hello,

Got the Lidl breadmaker but the recipe book was missing. This is fine because I have plenty of bread recipe books, but would be great if someone could let me know if this is a water in first or water in last type?

    Thank you!
Water in first.....Lots of recipes in book why don't you go back to Lidl and ask for one....if not I could photocopy mine for you

Thanks for the kind offer but have got a replacement recipe book now (you can never have too many recipe books after all!). JA

I bought one of these and am having some trouble with it. None of my loaves have been very successful. The sticking paddles are a pain so Ill try taking them out before the bake. What confuses me is that the quantities in the recipe booklet are sooo different to any I've done before in other machines. They seem to take LOADS of yeast. I've tried using recipes from my old machine but they are a disaster. Are those of you getting good results only using packet mixes or following the recipes in the book?
  • I bought one of these breadmakers when LIDL had their offer last year- it has been fantastic. Used constantly! Try the Landgut bread mix from LIDL. half a pack makes a lovely loaf, reliably, time after time. Needless to say I have bought a spare breadmaker this week as I have ben making bread for years and this is w-a-y the best breadmaker. p.s 350ml warm water with 500mg Landgut breadmix. Add 1tsp of olove oil of making a loaf from the Ciabatta mix.
