Read up on this and decided to go ahead. Must have got too excited, because I dashed out to Lidl this morning to buy one. Was upset when there were none around and assumed they'd been sold out until I discovered I was 3 days too early!!!!
Will be there again first thing on Thursday morning.
Thanks for all info.0 -

That is a link, click on the words and it takes you to a page that says it. Here's the link on it's own:Where does it say that?

second line down on that link - she's referring to the fact the morphy richards model doesn't leave a hole.
This lidl breadmaker is great.. We generally use it for making pizza dough which we bake in the oven.. but it's good for loaves too.0 -

I've got one of the Morphy Richards 'special paddle' ones and it does actually work (didn't think it would when I firsted looked at it). Before that, happily put up with hole in bottom of bread as the bread breadmakers produce makes the shop bought stuff taste like it was made on a building site!0 -
I would prob use it for pizza dough too, got any good recipes?0

is it really moneysaving to use a breadmaker? Just thinking of the cost of running one compared to the cost of a loaf? What do you guys think? I might invest if it is....every little helps!0
