    112 minutes as in the op lol, which is fast considering it's a large loaf.

    All breadmakers will leave a hole I'm afraid, either that or you have to dig the paddle out of the bread.

    we have the panasonic one it
    onley leaves a small hole,makes
    lovely bread,git mine because
    everyone was raving about it
    on here.Used my John Lewis vouchers
    that I gained from pigsback to
    pay for it.

    The bread turns out better if you just make the dough in the BM, then put the loaf in a tin, leave to rise for another hour and put in the oven.
