It says that it does not recommend fast bake, I have bought a wholemeal bread mix. If I wanted to remove paddles for this when would I do it ? Any help appreciated, thanks!Too many children, too little time!!!

Actually, it doubles as an exercise machine - as you have to jump around a bit to try and get the loaf out of the tin. ;-)
Fab .... now I can munch my way through as much bread as I like and not gain weight due to all the jumping around I shall be doing ! ha ha!! :jWhenever I'm caught between two evils, I take the one I've never tried......0 -

Give it three five minute bake cycles (letting it cool down fully each time, unplugging it and giving the whole of the interior a wipe down with a damp cloth).
After all that, it should be ok.0 -

Have a look in the operations book and it will tell you how long the baking bit takes, then have a look on the timer and take it out 1 minute before the baking is about to start. worked for me
oh and BTW i did a mix on fast and it was superb and definitly well risen
The glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D0 -
We bought one of these on Thursday and had the smoke coming out at first. Slightly worrying. However, we have now baked 2 loafs (one crusty white and one wholegrain) and both have turned out really well. We didn't bother taking the paddles out and the small holes they left were fine for us. All in all a very good buy. Thanks op for that. Now the only problem is where to keep it!!!0

Hello,
Got the Lidl breadmaker but the recipe book was missing. This is fine because I have plenty of bread recipe books, but would be great if someone could let me know if this is a water in first or water in last type?
Thank you!0
