Let us know of ot is any good - I wouldn't mind seeing that. Hate sci-fi.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

In other words you have told DH that he is not allowed to have a say in his children's behaviour? The kids have been reminded about 'the best way to deal with things' and OH has been reminded to 'butt out'.

Don't be offended if I laugh at you.
It's just that I find it hard to take anyone seriously when it's clear they a) only post to have a go and b) haven't got the first clue about the people they are having a go at.

Nothing really to add apart from be glad you didn't see Prometheus, it's first time I have walked out in the middle of a screening with boredom - I found going to the loo and perusing the sweet stand more interesting!

All because OH waded in between a sibling fight (when I say fight, it was really just a biatch at each other across the table) and he made everything a hundred times worse.
I'm sick telling him to stay out of it. He interferes with everything and never gets it right anyway cos he takes sides and doesn't always get the whole story before he starts with his tuppenceworth!
Stupid man!

sounds just like my Dad used to do! Especially if my younger sister screamed, obviously we older siblings were deliberately tormenting her, not that she ever screamed for no reason and thus got her own way, oh no. :lipsrseal
He always managed to turn a minor he said-she said disagreement into full nuclear fallout.0 -
Hope you enjoy the film tonight Aliasojo. What did you think of 'woman in black'? I am thinking of viewing it.The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0

I love this thread, l was going to start a similar one because hubby drives me insane most weekends. All week l look forward to the weekend to have family time but come the weekend hubby is barking at our son so l moan at him and end up miserable wondering if lm the only one with a husband who doesn't understand how to get the best out of children. He is unable to 'read' situations and deal with it with minimum fuss, and what ends up happening? little one comes running to me crying and hubby trying to explain himself or having a mini tantrum himself because 5 year olds dont do as they're asked first time.... *sigh*
Happy moneysaving all.0
