Unfortunately my idea of support is a million miles away from my husbands. His idea is wading in feet first.

I know just how you feel.

If its any consolation I went to see it a week ago and it was really bad! Plus that was the general consensus as we were leaving the cinema

It was DH's birthday on Tuesday, and he wanted to go and see it. Not my type of film, and I heard it was pretty rubbish. And they wanted £13 :eek::eek: to watch it on the big 3D IMAX screen, which I thought was a rip off. So as the Cinema-Vue cinema was a 10min walk from Meadowhall in Sheffield, he went in the flicks, and I went shopping :j
I spent my £13 cinema fee on some new jeans ;)
    DH enjoyed the film though.

    Never mind OP.

Well I've just watched Woman In Black (when I say 'watched', I listened more than anything cos I couldn't see much past the cushion I had :rotfl:).

I'm calm now. :D It sounds as if I never missed much then, maybe it was meant and Prometheus wasn't worth wasting money on, lol.

I was annoyed because he'd done exactly the same thing this afternoon too and I pulled him up for it at the time.

Hours later and he's at it again.

He wants everyone to act nicely but a) he can't manage to do that himself and b) the kids are just kids, they're not some super duper stepford types that always smile nicely and never argue.

He's off work for the next week. _pale_

Looks like I'll be visiting Tesco tomorrow to stock up on wine, chocolate and dvd's. :D

Yes, this evening WW3 broke out in our house. All because OH waded in between a sibling fight (when I say fight, it was really just a biatch at each other across the table) and he made everything a hundred times worse.

If this was across the dining table I'm going to be contrary here and say I'm in sympathy with him. Hate bickering at the best of times but when I'm trying to eat it drives me bonkers. (then again if I'd have been that annoyed I'd have gone out on my own and left them all to it)
