If you get into the Support Group you will continue on CB ESA.

Do you receive IS at present? For what reason do you wish to claim IB ESA?

No i am being reassessed from IB to Esa and just comepleted a esa50 form and sent it on on monday 11th of june. The due date was 20th of June

Yes if you get in the support group it's not time limited :) If you get put in the WRAG then they *should* contact you towards the end of the 12 months asking you if you want to be assessed for Income based ESA - however in reality people slip through the net for whatever reason. The number currently is 0800 055 6688, it may change though in the future.

In that case the above applies, if you are in the Support Group you will continue on CB ESA until assessed otherwise.

What other household income do you have, do you have a partner that works? Do you receive DLA, or have capital over £16,000?

What rate of DLA do you receive, and what rate of IB are you on? You may be entitled to a means tested top up.

Unfortunately, because you receive the Age Addition on your IB you will not be entitled to any additional payments. If you lived alone and no one claimed CA for you, you would be.

Why is it that you wish to be on IB ESA? There may be alternatives that will solve your concerns?

No the dwp sent me a letter to say the benefit i get that is incapacity benefit is changing and theyare reassessing me/transfering me over from to Employment and Support Allowance so 3 months on they sent me a letter with the esa50 form to fill in send it back by 200 june to atos in surrey.

Also i do have a disabilty and attend a day centre just to point that out and i get a personall Budget.
Personal Budget if you are assessed as having social care needs that meet the Fair Access to Care criteria used by the Isle of Wight Council.

I think you are getting confused, IB ESA refers to income based ESA. So why is it that you wish to be on IB ESA, or do you not wish to?
