DAILY ST PADDY'S DAY 17 March 07

Hi Y'all, a quiet pottering day planned here at chez MATH.

Mrs MATH is off to do a craft demo in Nottingham in a few minutes, mini MATHLETT is going over to his grans, Miss MATHLETT is tottering into the village and Major MATHLETT will no doubt be out with his mates (once he wakes up that is).

I've got a bit of washing/ironing to do and I'm goping to prep some food for tomorrows Mother's Day Lunch, both Mums and Dads are invited. The Turkey Crown, surplus to requirements at Christmas is being pressed into service. LOL I may do some gardening if the rain holds off, the front gardens and drive are sorted, just the back to do now. It doesn't need much, just a bit of weeding and tidying.

Managed to get a new washing machine for our place at the coast. I was piped at the post last night on Ebay but awoke to get a second bite of the cherry this morning:j Bye Bye, public Washeteria, hello, dousing ya smalls in private;)

Well I suppose I'd better get dressed and face the day.

Amie your pics are lovely, looks like you had a really great time - but I bet you want to go again, thats why I've not been yet, I heard you get hooked and want to keep going back - I'd better stick with my caravan hols.

Still off to holland in a couple of weeks - going to see the tulips at keukenhof gardens - really looking forward to it.

by the way Amie - I have never seen a real pic of a manatee - they do look sort of strange but sort of sweet - I prefer the dolphins though!

Hello everyone

Happy St Pats to those who are celebrating!

Good day here as DS1 is no longer infectious :j. So we can go out at last! DH is at w**k all day (left at 7am) so I need to entertain the kids. We got the free paper last night with a write up of a new farm shop who source everything within 15 miles, also a lovely sounding family butchers down the road who stock all sorts of local produce, so I think we might go there before heading on to a country park or somewhere where the boys can run around a bit.
