  • Backing up your data you should do often because it's just a waste of time. But the best time to back up your data is once a month because you would have uploaded or saved more thing in that period of time :)

Patrick, perhaps you better had otherwise you may regret it! I'd be so upset if I'd lost all my files.
  • I can't remember the frequency i back up.What i do remember i back up on a regular basis. And as soon as i've got important data,i will back up.
However,I don't just simply back up in the local computer.I also turn to Udisk and Email attachment etc.

Sounds like expensive.BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!

This is what i want to share!!

I use CrashPlan which does constant backups.

Great service which I strongly recommend. Don't want to take any chances with neither work files or personal photos!

I don't back up enough, but this thread has reminded me, so I'll do it now!
  • On the off-chance that people still read this thread, anyone that writes for a living should swap MS Word for Google Docs. It backsup your writing in real-time as you type so you never lose your docs. It also has all of the other MS Office docs. Well worth checking out.
  • I never back up, but after reading this thread im backing up right now. thanks
