Go into Command Prompt and type (without the quotes)

    "Ping 192.168.2.254"

    I suspect it will timeout.

To get Command Prompt go Start -> Run, type cmd in the box and OK.

Just double-check the WAP manual to make sure the address isn't
    192.168.1.254.

I have tried typing the ping with all of the different numbers and it is still saying cannot find page.

I went the the Start - Run and typed cmd but it came back "Windows cannot find CMD"

Then type in command. Type in IPCONFIG, or if this doesnt work type in winipcfg.
Put on the thread what it reports back (I am sure all this would be easier over the phone...). You need your ip address and router (or gateway) ip address.

    OK

Just type the ping command (with the IP address) in the Run box. It should open a DOS prompt.

Also, try this please and copy/paste the result on here.

    1. Click on the Start menu, and select Run...
    2. Type 'winipcfg' in the Open drop-down menu. The Winipcfg window should appear, which lists all your PC's network settings.
    3. Click the More Info button.
    4. Select your Network Interface Card from the drop-down menu.
    5. Your IP address, gateway and netmask should be shown.

Also have you run the Networking Wizard at the pc?
