It's definitely worth checking the cancelled items coolcraig - my 2 dragons (and a couple of other things on the same order) were cancelled, email sent, refund promised disappeared from account etc. but when my husband collected some other orders last night they had been sent. I think Ts are in such a state with all this - I had another order sat at 'partially confirmed' status (never went to 'dispatched') also collected last night.
    Gotta be worth double checking............?

I've just phoned about my refund, my response was a little different. She said that she had to send my card details to their finance department and they would check the status. If they agree that I'd not been refunded yet, the finance team would process it manually.

Those phone lines sounded crazy busy in the background!

I phoned earlier and was told the system they use to check payments/refunds was down but my details had been passed on and they'd call me back.

I'm not holding my breath for a call. They have £50 from the 19th which they were as quick to take out and this is the 2nd time I've had to call them re these toy orders plus I've previously had to call them to get a refund processed. The girl said they were having problems with the prices of the toys on their website - decided not to waste my breath saying it extends to all departments.

Edit: just been on with the consumer people and they'll pass details on to Trading Standards. How much joy we'll get I don't know but I was told the usual blurb of they don't have to honour but also found out that they have up to 30 days to process refunds according to distance selling laws so you can effectively ignore the 3-5 days they advertise.

Woohoo finally got the doll, its a bit scary looking but for £5 well chuffed. Thanks lala :)
It is now showing at £15 online.
I notice one of the geomags I ordered second time started at 3.25 then went up to 13 and now 7 odd but still out of stock. Still no refund though :(

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Right, this morning I've been partially refunded the amounts of some of the items I'd ordered all separately. Totalling just under £20. I have also recieved the FULL REFUND of my order of. £49.65. As they had told OH it had been refunded bit by bit I reckon I will get double my refund back. I don't think they can take the money back out my account? But it is eldest dds birthday bike fund acc ATM anyway so the money will be sat. There for the next few weeks anyway. Maybe they are refunding me the interest they made on my cash too, :)
