Yep , makes sense and glad I got a bargain at last after all the disappointment with cancellations for 16 items last week!

Sent to fulfillment means its looking good! ... Just staying as 'created' or created created' definitely means it is going to be cancelled

Has everyone received their refunds for cancelled orders? I can't believe it but yet again I've not been refunded for one of my 4 cancelled orders, making 5 times since they launched their new website.

Just logged on the Direct site and checked my basket in case the price for the Disney Cars easel had gone down. Nope. It was £7.50 last week, up to £30 and today ..................... £48 :eek:

I've been refunded for all mine plus an extra refund for a random £2.70, didn't even order anything for £2.70.

I ordered 2 of the keter bench's one for me other for the bestest, it's showing at confirmed on first screen then partially confirmed on the second. Had a text to cancel today. Do you reckon I have any chance of getting it?

I order the waybuloo bike twice online and got cancelled but when I was instore on Friday they checked direct and it was instock so I got them to order 1 and paid cash instore. Asked this morning and it has been delivered.
