EXPIRED Cheap toys @ tesco direct [misprices?]

Its always a bit of a roller coaster with T's but I had to recover from my 15 items being cancelled & then just kept my eye out for some other toy bargains for the Grandchildren

NOT AS GOOD as the bargains I DIDN'T get of course and SO wanted a Waybuloo bike but no joy with them at all...

All in all I've cheered up since I spotted the sand & water play table & foam playmats this morning as I was AFTER THEM AND tbh IF I didn't get the refund for my other stuff through I wouldn't have been able to afford the above lot , so happy overall!!

Still haven't received a £4.50 refund from a lego order on the 19/06 or haven't received any response to my emails to CS asking for delivery charge to be refunded as only 1 £1 item was delivered.

So phoned CS today and they said sorry and would issue the £4.50 refund...yet it can take up to a WEEK to be refunded.
They have refused to give me back my £3 delivery charge as I still had 1 item delivered... I stated that their click & collect service was down that evening aswell and she said she would check ..then said that other customers had placed click & collect orders then with no problems... so I was sat arguing with her on the phone about that, have then asked to speak to the manager... manager is busy and will give me a call back.

Even stated don't I get offered no goodwill gesture as other customers have? she said no, and no other customers haven't been given any compensation/goodwill gesture... only if they have been instore and an item is not there.

I said I have wasted time going to my local store checking for my orders which I weren't informed were cancelled or stuck on created. Plus running up my phone bill having to phone them for refunds! ..still didnt' offer me anything so I will wait to speak with the manager.

Terrible customer service.

I think the telephone staff at T's don't WANT us to get our bargains! :rotfl:

HONESTLY it feels like they are JEALOUS of those who managed to get knock down bargains from them when THEY probably didn't even manage in time to get them at the prices that some of us did , so if a LOW price comes up they ''flag'' it ASAP to try and prevent us from getting it at the price advertised!!!

That is probably why they are so unhelpful AFTERWARDS when we query our orders! ;)

The £2.01 blow up chair has been BACK IN STOCK for nearly a week now and I was THINKING of ordering one again as original order was cancelled but the lady on the phone said ''oh we are QUERYING THE PRICE OF THAT ITEM RIGHT NOW SO YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT!!!''

So its like they are trying to put a stop to the orders going through for the cut price items...

I think you can be just 'lucky' or 'unlucky' on who answers your query @ T's ..... I am usually 'unlucky' and get the grumpy bum staff who seem to be the MAJORITY , but then some get VERY LUCKY as someone on here said they got a £20 voucher as compensation ... I ranted for AGES about my 15 cancelled items and all I got was an insincere apology! :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm fed up with them as well, still waiting for a £25.00 refund, not ordering again, they want a cheap short terms loan by offering all these non-existent deals
