well im confused...i ordered hm armed forces tornado and disney princess easel which were collected last weekend.

just had email with same order number saying easel is ready for collection, looked on my account and its saying the tornado has been collected and easel is dispatched and my order is partially collected??

i bet if i go to collect the easel they will say its already been collected. will ask them to check out back anyway, maybe i should say i ordered 2 just so i dont look dodgy trying to get another one if it is shown as collected?

You won't get another one , it is all TRACKED , there won't be another one there as it ALWAYS says ''partially collected'' when I've FULLY collected items and ''partially dispatched'' when ALL the items have been dispatched so I wouldn't take much notice of the paperwork but everything is scanned in and out of the store, so it WILL show as collected as they would have scanned it at the time and yes it would look dodgy to ask for another one!!!

A few of the things I ordered that got cancelled and saying out of stock online are in stock when they check at the direct desk and have successfully been ordered & collected.

well it was worth a try. just strange that i get a ready for collection email 2 weeks after the 1st but only for 1 of the items and not both.

I had this too , I haven't tried to collect a secOnd time though so don't know id they are really there.

I got four. (One for me, one for a childminder friend, one for the toddler group and one as a Christmas prezzie.) All dispatched and now collected.

Didn't post on here as I went back for another one and that one was cancelled, haven't seen it in stock since.

But keep checking, you never know..........
