EXPIRED Cheap toys @ tesco direct [misprices?]

I just collected my buzz lightyear storyteller from store. Fab bargain at £1.75. Couldn't believe it so Thankyou op! Still need a refund for something else though.

They were not all misprices i had the HP Forbidden Forest for £2.50 the previous week instore.

It might be that it has just shown on your bank account, they may have "taken" the money a couple of days before.

I ordered 19th and 20th they were cancelled on 21st but are showing as coming out of my account on 22nd, but transaction was started on 19th and 20th.
No sign of the refunds yet.

Not been able to get the doll yet, they couldn't find it on the system and I had to pick my DS up so left it. However I have a dispatch notice so if they cancel then it's against their T&C's.

Rang up earlier to double check the refund was being processed and the woman was awful. Refused to tell me anything unless I gave her an order number. I explained I couldn't as I never got an email and they wiped off all traces of the order on the system. Was banging my head against a wall with that so I will give it till Friday and if nothing by then they will be getting a rather irate call!

I've received a special helpline number as I'm trying to chase up a problem with an order from a month ago. This is the email I've received, maybe the number will help everyone chasing up their refunds and lost orders, I'll probably be using it to follow up my missing refunds too.

check for the refunds folks if you didn't get your order...
i ordered buckaroo, which i then got a cancellation email for, and five days later no refund, so i called tesco who said the refund had not been processed, and took my card details to refund today - so anyone who ordered 5 days ago and is waiting for a refund, check your bank in case they have done the same to you

Been on the phone today as no refunds showing, they said that none had been processed and she would check , when she rang me back said that due to back log all refunds would be processed by Friday and they would refund any charges incurred.
She said she could see all the orders in my account that had disappeared off my screen but I gave her an exact list of what im due as I replaced a second order of some cancelled orders....i was hoping wasnt I!!!

It's a big box of magic for a fiver, seems to be about £15 on Amazon but I haven't checked anywhere else. Not an out of date link or underhand tactic, just a straightforward search on the site..........

Incidentally although it's not technically the right place, I feel much happier posting deals here - I feel like I may be helping fellow family genuine bargain hunters rather than advertising on Grabbit where you're effectively working for eBay and associated locusts. Hopefully they'll all be circling and scavenging on Grabbit and may overlook these posts.

I'd like to see membership conditions for Grabbit, say for example, 10 useful posts (minimum thanks) per year or you don't get access.....!

This one is much better value, I bought them for my 2 at Christmas and you can get free delivery to store without the possibility of T3sco messing up

Although having said that, the Marvins one is £10 as The Entertainer so could still be a bargain if that's what you're after
