Picked up 2 Ben 10 creation labs today, (£1 each) thought the 2 boxes looked big and in each box was 2 creation labs!

well done! I managed to get one of these, I cannot believe how big they are either, for £1 they are fab. they are on tesco site now for £35.82!

Result Floflo! I think the remaining price error items have been cleaned up in the past couple of hours or so. I placed a couple of chancey orders earlier but even the prices of those things have been corrected already. The magic set I posted earlier is now 'currently unavailable', the £1 Barbies are now £6 odd instead of £1- currently unavailable. The Lego toybox thingie that was flashing in and out of stock at £9.50 is now about £30. Baby Born is now £15, Zoobles twin is £9.75, Hairdoobles are £7.59, Ben 10 car £29.97. All of these had remained at 'male chicken up prices' since Tescos became aware, and flashed in and out of stock. Most are also currently unavailable too. Have got a few of these oddments waiting to be picked up, but I think the fat lady is belting out a tune......

I phoned Ts tonight as I checked my internet banking again and there is still no refund showing as pending. my original order was £5 (delivered) + £6 (cancelled) +£4.25 cancelled) + £3 postage = £18.25 but I am waiting for £10.25 refund. Spoke to a really nice guy who could only apologise and said he would manually refund £15 to my card tonight He said that as he was doing it manually I wouldn't receive an email from them but he gave me his staff ID no and name.

Wondering if I'm being overly optimistic that T's will actually refund my money from last Wed without me having to chase it up?

I've just checked and my refund hasn't gone through nor have Tesco contacted me in regards to the complaint I made re incorrect prices still being advertised. I feel another call coming on!

I phoned up yesterday and they said my refund will be be done by Friday.
I also asked about my payment by giftcard and they're saying it will automatically go back onto it.

Hmm I may wait till fri then however I'm at work all weekend then off on hol first thing mon morn so last thing I want to be doing is having to chase it up then!

1 giggle hammer

got a few things cancelled as well, and hadnt been refunded so i rang customer services and the chap i spoke to was very good he apologised and refunded my card and added an extra £8 :j
