Well, I swore I wouldn't order again, but I'm fortunate enough to be able to lend Tosscos some money whilst they fanny around deciding whether to dispatch or refund. I ordered a Baby Born for a fiver yesterday and it's been dispatched, but a couple of other orders have been cancelled. It's definitely agro though.

Ordered and dispatched yesterday, still there today. £11.90 (inc postage cost) on Amazon. Horrible stuff, but the girlies love it.

Created created means cancellation imminent in my experience. Anything I ordered so far today has been cancelled.....:(

Its not about being able to afford it though is it. Well I guess for some it might be. I wouldn't of ordered £52 worth of lego if I couldnt afford it, the point is they've taken my money, not given me anything and not given me money back for a week and counting. If I wanted to lend Tesco some money I would of set up a payment plan and told them the APR would be 250% like the payday loans charge, but unfortunately they didn't tell me they wanted to borrow some of my money!

My thoughts exactly! Have posted similar previously in the thread, stating that the law needs revision so that companies cannot take payment until dispatch. I'm noting how much Tosscos have of mine and for how long, will calculate amount and duration on payday loan slider site then email with request for interest on payments taken, even though the orders were always destined not to be fulfilled.

They've taken the money for the Hogwarts lego from me and cancelled the order, only they didnt actually bother telling me they'd cancelled it. No email no text. Also used £5 worth of Clubcard vouchers which are now showing as redeemed, better bloody get them back too.
Had absolutely enough of Tescos and their practices.

I've just rang them and the refund hadn't even gone through!!!!!! Tesco did redeem themselves very slightly with an extremely nice CS lady, who couldn't appologise enough and has put the refund through manually with an extra £5 on top.
To any others that haven't got a refund yet, it is worth ringing them as yours may not have been put through either and you could be waiting a while.
