    hi z4kir,

the three telephone ordering team are independent of the three internet sales team, trust me on that!

so whatever is in stock online, they do actually have it!

for all those who are curious as to what i actually got, here is a pic:

you'll get quidco for your new phone anyway.....

you should have got a piece of paper telling you what to do if you want to return your phone, ring 333 and ask them!

i'll give em a call 2moro, im just concerned they'll action the whole thing as a refund, n the new phone as a reorder... therefore not completing the conditions for the quidco cashback

I've actually already got a N73 (want to use the x-series) and plan to eBay the phone I get

Grrr!!! just rang to ask if I could change the handset... nope!

then rang to say the handset was faulty and was told they wouldn't exchange the phone, would have to return the whole thing! Thing is the box for the bluetooth headset is at my home address... i arranged for my parents to send the phone to my uni address.

    should i cancel n get the n80 R? or stick with the k610i R?

*EDIT* decided to cancel and reorder. on hold now (i must agree three's cust service is pretty poor)

Yes you can keep your number, I get full 3G reception in my area so i'm happy n the call quality is no different. With regards to keeping your number once you get the phone, contact your current providor and ask for your PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code).

If you are getting it, I reccomend you place your order online through quidco (to get £100) cash back...

and also before you order ask a question using the "Chat Live" feature, any question eg "is the N80r available?" and they will offer you a code for a free bluetooth handset.

Finally use the recommend a friend feature... £30 for u and £30 for your friend!
