What’s the next number in the sequence & why? 106, 107,108,109,111,112,113,114… (clue, it's not 116 or 117). First correct answer with explanation posted here gets a bottle of champagne.
NOTE: As with many sequences there is more than one answer, but I'm looking for a specific one. As a clue, the answer has charm, it's not the obvious “four numbers in a row then miss one” type answer.
Good luck
Martin Lewis
I think its 115, because it is the obvious next normal number in the sequence and you have specifically said that the answer is not 116 or 117, which is designed to make people forget about 115.Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -
silly question: is the space before 107 relevant?School is important, but Rugby is importanter.0

I wondered that too!Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -
People, people! Martin has already said the answer is not going to be some sort of mathematical progression. Think laterally!
My guess is 121 as that is the next channel on Sky TV that is not free to air (i.e. you have to be a subscriber)0 -

I'm going for 118.
It's a list of channels on Sky that are "swapped with others" on HD.

"Charm"?
Hmm, a charming number. What numbers are charming or have charming implications.
So not 48 million, that's not particularly charming. Doesn't relate to the other numbers either.
Dunno.
I give up.
Um, oh noes, oh dear, some number that's a bit charming.
Won hundred and ate-a-teen-ager for breakfast (118).
Um, 69, that's defo got some charmth and in Dada and Surrealism and Monty Python that would fit in perfectly with the sequence.
Howzabout that then, Mr Comedian.
Will you be doing jokes on your new telly show? If I submit you twenty polite media friendly jokettes and handy bite size soundbites, relevant stuff about finance and money saving and the economy and whatnot, y'know, pithy sayings, that's pithy with a th, it's not a lithp, then have you got time to glance at them and maybe use one or two? If they seem appropriate and you're in the mood? Perhaps in an occasional "viewers and readers write in" section. Maybe, baybee!
I'm sure you're more than capable of doing your own thing very well indeed without any extras - but a bit of extra handy input wouldn't go amiss, would it? If some of them were any good?
If so, can you pay me some luncheon vouchers and green shield stamps, 1960s collectors' originals please, thanks.0 -

126, I think it's a sequence in morse code and the number 126 in Angel numbers has something to do with financial rewards. It's a long shot.0
