No, I made transactions straight away. I haven't had any statements but the website says my payment due date is today and the amount due is £0.
So I assume that my first real payment due date will actually be in a month's time.0 -

It's just a computer thing, don't worry about it.
A due date has been decided, but nothing is actually due until you've had a statement generated.
I wouldn't worry, I had something similar.0 -
Does anyone know what happens with regards to cashback if a purchase is refunded to the card?
Is it still treated as a purchase with the refund being treated as a payment or will the refund cancel out the purchase and therefore loose the cashback?0 -
The later, as described in the terms and conditions.
Even if the refund is in a different month and zeroes your balance, you still need to make at least the minimum payment.0 -

I realise I still have to make the payment, which isnt an issue as I pay in full anyway. I was asking purely about the cashback.
And yes I am aware it would be in the terms and conditions, but funnily enough I dont carry them around with me at work so thought i'd ask here while I thought about it and would get a nice, helpful, non-sarcastic reply. As usual on here lately though, it seems not.0 -

Reply seems fine to me and it's free.
Have you got out of the wrong side of bed toay? as you seem very touchy.
I can't see anything wrong with it at all, but even if there was you didn't pay for it, someone helped you for free.0 -

and not only did I reply to you about the cashback, I also confirmed to you that a refund is not a payment.
You don't need to read the T&Cs, I just stated that it is ALSO in the T&Cs.
Maybe re-read my post?0 -
Maybe re-read my post?
Apologies, I can see that I read it in the wrong context whilst skim-reading between phone calls. Thanks for your reply.
I must have got so used to reading the sarcastic tones in most posts on here lately that I subconsciously assumed it of your post too
Thanks again.0 -
I am looking to get one of these as I away on holiday on the 26th October and need a credit card to use out there, how long does it take to get the card from applying?
Do they send out a form to sign and once they receive that then they send it out?
Thanks0
