    I too have received my cashback into my bank account dated 25 June from A1 COMMS - although no email.
    I had to double check because I have a completely different cashback due from buymobilephones.net (also A1 COMMS) "within 14 days of the 22 June" - but that is for a slightly different amount.

    Curiously, A1 have used the bank account details they already had for me - NOT the account details that I gave to Affordable. This is a slight bind because I want to close it down - A1 do not allow you to change the account used for payment, so I will have to keep it alive for another 14 months just to collect this cashback...

    Eagerly awaiting the email now...
    If your account has changed or closed you will still get your cashback, by cheque. A BACs payment will be offered to your bank, when the bank cannot credit that account it will be flagged back to A1 finance and they will issue a cheque. Just make sure you have advised Affordable Mobiles by email or post (not phone) if you have changed your address.
  • I also have been trying to chase up my cashback that I STILL have not received. I have sent numerous emails (which apparently is the only way to communicate with the cashback team) and have had no response. I eventually got through to a customer service representative on the phone who told me the credit into my account was attempted but didn't go through. After confirming my bank details (they were correct with the exception of a missing middle name initial) I was informed another attempt would be made the next day.

    That was nearly two weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for this cashback. My boyfriend has the same deal and he too has not received his bank credit.

    Can anyone advise what I can do next? Emails do not get replied to and I get fobbed off with 'It will be processed tomorrow' when I phone them!
