I've had a lovely day celebrating my step-dad's 70th. I've eaten loads of good food. Now having a glass of wine watching the football. Loads of washing done this morning. I left it on the line when we went out.its damp on the maiden now.

Congratulations on the birth of Samuel, Pigpen.Hope your daughter is ok. x

The wardrobe doors now close, walls have been repainted yet again, chest of drawers have been repositioned. Lots to be moved again on Monday for arrival of bed. Not sure I like having such a large mirror.
DS2 old school rang me friday, they want him gone asap. So it looks like his last day will be next friday as the new school can't take him until july. :(

Hoover has been emptied as it was FULL after all that. I did hoover the mattress as well as the sofa, but I don't think that was the problem!

Looks like the bathroom & loo are the only places with much left to do, although the utility room needs mucking out as well. Getting back to the lists is helping me to keep on top of things, but it's been a battle and been taking a lot of time. Hopefully it will be easier from this week onwards, and most rooms won't take long. Mind you, I forgot about the study as well... I must make sure I do it next week or it will deterioriate and become a problem again
