They are not on the AOS list so you should not hear from Predator again! Unless they have a friend who is!;)

    Ranger or roxburghe ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

hi ive just got a penalty charge notice from predator security even thou someone was in my car a guy drove up waved to the person in my car stuck it on my car & drove off when i rang the number the guy was very rude when i said someone was in the car & i was only 2 minutes if that,& he just said they r cameras & if they is no driver in the car you will get a ticket & even if you appeal you will have to pay whatever , so they have watched me get out of the car walk off as i didint buy a ticket as someone was in the car at the time & i was only a few mins if that, what do i do? can they get my address detail?

They could get the registered keeper's details (if that's you) from the DVLA if they were members of the BPA AOS scheme, but they aren't.

They might get the details dubiously by getting one of their private parking buddies from another company to get the registered keeper details, but this would arguably be in breach of the data protection act, and certainly in breach of the British Parking Association's code of practice.

I cannot guarantee they won't though.

However the ticket is legally meaningless anyway, so you wouldn't need to pay it.

Ignore those idiots the is nothing they can do.
As they are noy AOS member they shouldn't get your address but even if they did you just ignore any letters.
