Janine - please stop worrying! if my 80 year old Mum can ignore this type of scam I'm sure you can.

The reason people want you to post your ticket (with ref no.s etc blanked out) is so that you can go on the offensive - especially if they have used the word "penalty".

dacouch's little joke is a reference to the Arnie Schwarzenegger film "Predator". If you haven't seen the film it's not surprising you didn't get it.

As to the parking attendant filming you - there is nothing illegal in that per se. As someone else said above you could have filmed him on your mobile if you wanted to.

It's seriously called a 'penalty charge notice'??

Trust me, they won't want you putting THAT in front of a judge!

Even if it doesn't, they can only charge the driver for the actual financial losses incurred, which clearly isn't £75. And ask yourself this - if that WAS their losses, how come it changes value to £100 once you get to day #15? A judge would probably also want an answer to this question (before booting it out of court).

In the film Predator, Arnie discovers that if he covers himself in mud, the Predator can no longer see him, which gives him the advantage to defeating the thing!

This has obviously caused some upset to you by predator, did you know that the car park owner it's also liable for the actions of their contractor/agent in this case predator?
What this means is that you may be able to put a harassment claim in against the car park owners for the actions of their agents, with the aim being too get this ppc removed from the car park saving other people the distress, and denying predator the ability to operate on that land. if predator own the car park you should go for them

Upload it to something like tinypic.com and post the link here, ensure your personal info is scrubbed though, if you remove the http part of the link you will be able to post the link as newbies can't post links under 20 posts I think

If the ticket says Penalty charge notice then don't worry.

The chances of them taking you to court (and winning) is about the same as Tesco announcing they are pulling out of the UK.

Really don't understand why anyone wants to see this fake ticket. It's the same as all the rest and Predator (correct spelling) in Coventry have been mentioned before, it only takes a search of this sub-forum for 'Predator'.

Ignore the fake PCN and ignore he letters you might get. It's easy, we've all done it and -as far as I know - we are all law-abiding normal people on this forum, who pay bills and have mortages, generally pay our way - but don't fall for scams...

But it would be nice to see this ticket as we don't have it in the list on here, also as it states penalty charge notice on there it has a bearing on this thread. Sorry coupon I do disagree with you on this one, though of course the invoice is not enforceable no matter what it says.

It's not about how many times they have mentioned though, it's about the poster wanting to upload the invoice, I simply gave advice on doing that. We want to have a copy of this for the sticky letters thread so people can see what to expect from these scammers.
