Searched the parking forum for correct spelling of 'Predator' and found lots of matches.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

thank you everyone, yes it is preditor security in coventry, and bondy boy yes the ticket does say penalty charge on it and further info i have received suggests this company used the same man to clamp vehicles in the car park about 2 years ago under the same company name and had limited signage, now it displays a large sign and has the same man issueing pcn's.
i have spoken to trading standards and they have told me to basically wait and see if i get any post? that way they have my address and us on camera and could potenially take us to court for which they have evidence. but that should i receive anything to write with a complaint?0 -

Yes it is illegal and should be brought to the attention of the local trading standards, they are basically claiming rights of legal aurhority they don't have. Take it to the local press as well as this company thinks its above the lawExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
If you want to see what they filmed, you could ask for the footage under the data protection act.. Just out of interest where was this car park? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0
