With my first pregnancy I stuck my tummy out as fast as I would. I was in full maternity wear at three months (really need not have bothered) but with my second I held off and managed to get away with maternity clothes only when I was six months.

Goodness knows what I will do this time round.

I'm now growning out of some of my maternity clothes lol.....people are telling me I'm really not very big for 32 weeks, but I must be HUGE!!! The only things I suit are empire line tops that go right in under the boobs, because otherwise I look like a big round football!

LOL! My cousin said that one of the funniest things she remembers about being pregnant was when, at about 3 months gone, she almost got stuck between her car and the next in a car park - cos they were parked very tightly together so she had to squeeze through, and although she didn't yet have a bump, when she tried to make herself thinner, nothing happened :rotfl:

  • Aww, let it show, you'll really love the it when you know how enjoyable it is to see a woman pregnant and other people just who have had their family look upon you with heartfelt wishes for you and the little one ;)
On the flip side of it had my second (and first but not relevant) prematurely and we'd just moved into a new house, when I brought him home from hospital 3 months later all the neighbours thought we'd adopted as I hadnt 'showed'!!!!

I couldn't even get into my car once, never mind getting stuck!

The car in the next space had parked right on the line, and I couldn't fit my belly into the gap to get in the car. Luckily hubby was with me, so he was able to climb in from the passenger side and reverse the car out for me, then we blocked the car park while we swopped drivers over. Had to swop as we'd been for a pub lunch, so he was probably over the limit for driving.
Here I go again on my own....

Oh no lol! It's so embarrassing when you 'forget' how big you are and try and squeeze through a gap that you clearly wont fit through too!

LOL - I do that at work. Try to squeeze between fixtures, or stand pressed back in store warehouses so they can get past with a trolley/cage, except the can't because my belly is in the way :o

when you end up loosing your marbles, thats when you worry..

i was about 7 or 8 months when i sat at a train station waiting on my train, i watched the thing come into the platform, then watched it leave and thought s**t i was meant to get on it!! that was the worst thing i had ever done in pregnancy, as well as the crying at anything and everything..

I spent half an hour looking round a shop at all their baby stuff and when I left to return to my car, the other end of town, I realised I was still carrying :o a little baby outfit on a coat hanger  that I picked up when I first walked into the place.....Yes I walked out of the shop without even realising VERY EMBARRASSING to say to least Didn't even like the outfit!

In a state of shock I kept repeating: Oh my god .! Oh my god!
