I have a received a letter in the post saying I owe them £60 for parking and not paying, I was at a buffet which uses part of the car park they operate on and didn't realise I had to pay as I thought it was free for customers. they were only open till 6pm and I was on there from 5.20 and if id have known I had to pay it would have been 80p for an hour. what do I do as have emailed them to appeal telling them I was not aware I had to pay and I went past a car park attendant and several members of staff and none of them told me I had to pay0
