15/27 done and 12 to do - going to be an early morning and busy lunch hour tomorrow as word keeps crashing on my laptop - will have to keep the boss at bay.

Igamogam - we have to keep our mad frogs AND do reports on them - one of mine only landed last week and still got to do a report on him (madness). Although our frogs don't seem to be as mad as yours.

ETA - 17 done by 6.30am 9 to go - the end is in sight :)

Hope the docs went ok Claire.

Today I ache all over so the plan is to finish these reports - 8 to go :jthen have an extremely long soak in the bath. Have been good and had a proper sit down & eat healthy butties instead of run round like a headless chicken stuff face with crisps lunch today - operation rescue Dora from herself is well underway:p

Ooh and mse wise only spent £1 on lunch as butties were out of date later today (best keep some money ideas on here or we'll be booted off)

Hello peeps - headless and chicken springs to mind for me today.

I did manage to get a curtain for the small window in my new bedroom for the measly sum of £2.50 (I had planned on spending £10 for an ex sample but this was about the right size and cheap). Last year when I was more affluent I booked a series of facials with Clarins well they have just rung me to say that although the voucher has now expired, I still have one left which I can have because I have paid for it. This will be a welcome treat after my move as I havent had a facial for several months now.

Am off out tonight - free meal for me as I do a lot of work for the business club so that will be a yummy 2 course hot dinner for my rather rotund tum:cool:

Claire - that stuff is disgusting :( I find it starts coming up before in goes down! If you can get to a health food shop, try to get some linseeds (ground, unless you have a pestle and mortar or a coffee grinder to grind them fresh each day) and add a spoonful to your food at each meal (it's fine in porridge, ok in soup). You can also get it in capsules, and something called psyllium husk in capsules. But the health food shop should help you find something less unpleasant! I had all that stuff when I had my major iron supplements last year - as well as DynoRod soup... Post 23 of this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/38035366#Comment_38035366 it really does work! Have it for lunch and supper with a spoonful of linseed and you'll be fine!

dr said to add squash to it, looks like I will need to take them for the rest of my life with the problems I have with my bowels and the Zappain tablets I take for my back causes constipation.

It'll still be vile :p so if you can do the high fibre diet and use the other supplements instead, it might be worth a try!
