Is it free to send to CEX/webuy.com? Got some things to sell and confirmed with them, theyve given me an address but its not freepost or anything and im not getting a pre paid packet to send it in so a bit confused as postage would eat up alot of the money id actually get for my dvds/games etc?DFW Total £21,800 to clear by Dec 2022

Hum, if its CEX there should be a store locator on the website some where bot sure about the other one you named.
may be better off ebay-ing them find that store undercut you to much0 -
With DVD's and Games I have found it is better to sell them to CEX than ebay them. By the time you have managed to sell them on ebay and they have taken their cut you will probably not get any more. It is always worth checking ebay still and musicmagpie and splitting what you want to sell into groups to make the most return.
I would advise going early to CEX as they often run out of cash to give out and will offer exchange only.
CEX have the worst online service I have ever seen also when ordering from their site so I would not touch it with a barge pool. You should see the comments on their facebook page about it.Total Debt Feb 2012 [STRIKE]£12,153[/STRIKE] 10674 16.5% Paid

CEX and webuy.com are the same company. Apparently there is one in the big town about 3 miles away. Do you think if i take my online receipt thing with the amounts on it they will honour it and trade it there for the cash? xDFW Total £21,800 to clear by Dec 2022

Yay! Had a lovely surprise today as E-on gave me a rebate as my account was in credit!
Bought my home insurance with half of it and put the other half (£130) to the credit card- that means 10.8% in one day.
Feels really motivating to do it in small amounts, going to dig out some stuff for eBay next week!Barclaycard 50/2328

Hi,
It's number 88 checking in.
It's been a slow process so far - have listed and sold lots on eBay but waiting for PayPal to transfer fees is a pain. Takes forever.
I am just off to do a car boot - first time ever so we shall see how I get on!
Have only managed 1% so far - but as soon as PayPal money is in the account - nearly £68 I can update my percentage. Am tring to find cheaper wys than PayPal - their fees are high - hardly taking much profit - just lucky I had a few items which were pricey!
Although one item I have on eBay which is selling well is the energy smart meter from BG which I got for free and have never used! Selling for £9 a mo! Crazy!
Will keep you posted!
Loving everyone's ideas on here! Really helps!Declutter 2020 - 267/2020 :j

Morning all!!!
Number 99 checking in!! Hope you are all having a lovely start to your weekend
So, I started my new job on Wednesday and I love it. Everyone is so nice and I can see the job is going to be a huge challenge! I get gym membership, so I'm going to take advantage of that and hopefully that will help with no spend days as it will help fill up my time! We also get fresh fruit at work everyday so I'm going to buy less at home so that will be a few £'s a week. I've also made sure to take lunch everyday as well and therefore have had 4 consecutive no spend days so far this month. I've roped the other half into the challenge as well and he also has had 4 no spend days.
It's going to be a little bit frustrating as we're probably going to sit on no %'s till the end of the month but hopefully at the end of the month we'll have a few %'s to get us off the mark. We're aiming for at least 3-4% a month around £668!
Happy %ing
