I paid off another 2% on my credit card today, added to a 0.5% I paid earlier this week and it takes me up to 6.5% which is just fab
I can't wait to do my debt totals at the end of the month to see the difference! It's so funny the things you get excited about
Was a bit annoyed that we've had a pretty spendy weekend, it was ok though as our friend gave us some cash out of the blue that we hadn't accounted for so we used half of that to cover our spendiness (was so nice not to feel tight for once!) and then the other half has gone as a %. Felt weird to blow money on booze and food out but as we were out with her we just thought we'd go with the flow
Back on it today though (although still have to package up ebay parcels to post tomorrow and it's 11.30pm!) Am also waiting for a number of ebay items to be paid for, which is actually another % And have another 50 listings active - fingers crossed for some good sales

Well done happytails on your sales and purchases - what fab bargains!
Also well done to fedupandskint on decluttering your unwanted items and gaining money in the process. Onwards and upwards!
Had a bit of a mixed weekend on the money front. On Friday night we went to collect the kids from Youth Club at 9 and called into the shop for a couple of bottles of wine, only to find I'd left my card in another jacket, so had to club our meagre funds together and just had enough for 1 bottle of wine and something for the kids. So quite happy about that really as it made Saturday a much more pleasant experience.
Then on Saturday we had a "housey" day raking leaves, tidying up and only went out with the dog so it was a no spend day YAY and I've just transferred £5.50 to Next for the lack of wine that night.
Yesterday WOULD have been a no spend day however, we took the dog out mid afternoon and had such a lovely time down by the lake and then we called into the village pub - picture the scene - cold, wet weather, roaring fire, lovely beers on draught! - you got it? - so we had a beer and called at the Off Licence and the chip shop on the way home. Peroni and chip butties yum yum! But today? Oh dear, Peroni is not my friend today, I can tell you!
So all in all, only 1% to add this weekend, but it was a lovely, peaceful weekend.:D
Going to get the kids to try on all their clothes tonight and see what no longer fits as they suddenly seem very tall and add it to the cashforclothes bag sitting here in the study, so hopefully a few more pennies for the pot.:T

Hey all,
Just wrapping up on my last week at work, it's getting boring now! Just want to get out there & start my search properly for something to cover me over Christmas. It's SO dark and wintery outside, I feel like going to the local pub to have a tasty tea next to a roaring fire but I'll save that as a treat for when I hit my 20% mark!
Well done on your first draft Liz-Paul, that's great news! If you need an extra pair of eyes to help with proof-reading, let me know. Bet you're super excited to launch it0 -
Well done everyone and especially well done to liz-paul for the ebook :T
Can I say a big thank you to everyone for your wishes and thoughts during my tough couple of weeks. Luckily my little one seems to be on the mend now and is looking a lot better so fingers crossed she will be back to her usual arguementaive self very soon
Well I have finally managed to get to the bank today and so can declare more %'s to add to my total.
Today I paid in £450 made up as follows:-
£340 from 4 craft fairs (had two really good ones this weekend just gone and amangaed to get over £100 profit from each - the two before that were ok but did not make much profit compared to the last two)
£75 from Mystery Shopping (I actually earned this on 10th Nov but have not got around to transferring it until now)
£35 from Quidco cashback (from car insurance purchased in July)
So I can now officially declare:-
Member 17 = 59%
I'm so happy that I have already made my first 100% (£3000) and am now over half way to my second 100% (£2000). :j

Hello
Looking forward to starting this challenge on Friday (when i get paid).
Off to catch up on the few posts i have missed...
February GC £26.68/£2500 -
Well today has a little bit chaotic.
Transferred another 14% to the overdraft but after my spends last week it actually meant i am only up 9%. At the moment anyway as i was only allowed to take so much out of the cash point at once. So 59% at the moment, i have another 1% to come via babysitting tonight AND i was called in to work this afternoon as my colleague was flooded and couldnt get into work so 4 1/2 extra hours for Dec pay. Was supposed to be more but the flood waters came and we had to close as no one could get there cars out the car park. Luckily I cant afford a car and so id cycled.
Hope no one else has had the horrid floods ruins plans/houses, and there is more on the way.
More money to transfer tomorrow so actually looking at 70% by the end of Nov.. woooop.
Well done liz-paul on the ebook, do you mind me asking what is the subject matter?
Hey happytails, how is little evelyn doing? You gonna replace it with another phone or see if you can just get the screen replaced? I think the prices can be reasonable if its just the glass that is smashed.
