Morning. Been dithering over a multi car policy for our cars since last night. The multi car is coming in at £300 cheaper for the year than the 2 separate policies. Both have been taken out within the past week so under the 14 day cooling off period. I want to cancel both policies and combine (obviously), DH isnt so keen as his was paid outright and mine monthly. So it means getting his refunded, we are unlikely to be able to pay the joint one outright which will up our monthly outgoings as DD for the multicar policy will be atleast £30 more plus the interest a month than just paying my current policy every month)
3 out of the 5 things that ended yesterday have sold, these are being posted todayThe others have been relisted.

A flying visit! 2% transferred to my bank account, I'm not going to be paying it off the CC for a wee while yet as it's helping me stay out of the overdraft, which in turn will mean no bank fees so more to throw at the cards iykwim!
Hoping for another % from ebay sales over the weekend as I've got some bids and lots of watchers on a couple of items, here's to a bidding frenzy!!! And I'm sticking to my budgets which I'm really proud of myself for doing as normally I last about a week then think "oh, just one wee treat" and I'm at two weeks since payday so farMonthly pay so it's a 5 week month for me so I've a while to trip up yet

Excited! A bid arrived on a piece of furniture - yipee! Space and money for debt repayments.
Rest of listings finish on Sunday some with watchers, a couple of bids and wait and see what happens
Some good work going on out there - lets keep at it! I found it strangely cathartic colouring 2 of my squares on my grid for the 2% made so far.

Hey all,
Percents will be slow going over the coming months and Christmas might have to go on hold this year.
I'll be out of a job as of 3 weeks tomorrow.
I'm glad I started tackling my debts head on in this way, as my minimums are lower now, I've got fewer bills to pay and I should be able to stretch my last few weeks pay a little further!
Thanks for all keeping me motivated! Time to go ebay crazy0 -
