Good Morning

I need a Dublin Hotel Please, 14th June for 2 nights. As long as it has public transport near to it that runs to centre, that is fine. Does Dublin actually fit the criteria for this deal though??

I'm really confused about this its just not sinking in!!!!

Sorry I haven't replied earlier, missed your post. I finally got a reply yesterday, saying that they had not received the email I had sent with the screen shot. I don't believe this for a second, as I had sent that email several times!

Why are they saying that you are not eligible? They do seem to like to ignore you when you argue back. Have you tried calling them?

Hi Rachel,

I know people have had problems claiming for Dublin, as it is not an Easyjet destination. They used to get around it because it still had the Double the Difference Guarantee on the hotel descriptions, but now it doesn't.

I have contacted them.. they say they have been updating there system so hadn't received! re-emailed them after speaking to them! i didn't send a screen shot.. should i have done?

Don't worry, you only need to send a screen shot if they ask.

With mine, they insisted that the offer was no longer showing ... it was when I checked it!

Sometimes they are just very pedantic! x

Please help me on this, after realising Dublin is not included in the deal, I thought I'd try and find something where I can get a free weekend away.

Can anyone find anything for free for me for Friday 3rd August, 2 nights, 2 adults. Something in a 5* hotel for free would be fab!
