    Hi

I have existing ISA at 4.5% with Trading212 but found their customer service very poor/unresponsive.

I'm considering moving to Moneybox Cash ISA, currently showing as 5.67 for first 3 months. then drops to 4.2%.  I think that overall, this would work out slightly better than the overall 4.5 with Trading212 and would satisfy my wish to leave Trading212.

Any feedback for Moneybox - good customer service, quick to do transfers in/out etc?

As the Moneybox is not a fixed rate ISA, am I correct that I could transfer in and get 5.67% for 3 months and then if there is a better rate than 4.2% available elsewhere, move all/part of the monies out of Moneybox after the 3 months  Would there be penalties?

Does anyone know if the 5.67% rate for 3 months applies to transfers in of old ISAs as well as to new subscriptions?

There is also Tembo at 4.8, but their app says it is not currently accepting transfer in.

    Many thanks in advance.

Uploaded paper form to transfer my Regular Saver ISA from Saffron to Family BS Market Tracker ISA on Mon 24th, account disappeared from Saffron this afternoon although proceeds not yet showing at Family BS. Might be a few more days of lost interest with a cheque having gone when there’s a weekend to come, but at least I can post off for a new Regular Saver ISA straight away assuming that they offer one again. There is a term allowing only one at a time so I would have been cutting it fine had I waited for it to mature and then sent off for the replacement.

Increases for 3-month bonus rates - Chip (5.9%), Plum (5.92%) and Moneybox (5.67%).

Wondering if this is the last of the rate-nudges or if tomorrow will bring some last minute increases...

No. This isn't how they work.

If your ISA is not "flexible" then any money taken out of an ISA is lost from the ISA system. You'll have to use part of your £20k annual allowance if you want to put it back into an ISA.

If your ISA is "flexible" then you can replace money you've withdrawn, back into the same ISA, as long as the replacement is made in the same tax year that you WITHDREW the money.

If you make an internal transfer on T212 from Cash ISA to Stocks & Shares ISA in the app (applies immediately) you can get 4.6% from T212 and interest is credited daily in the S&S ISA vs monthly in the Cash ISA. Downside is that you have to accept that some will be in QMMF's. You can switch back anytime to the Cash ISA.

About Moneybox, once you transfer in you will not earn interest immediately from the day they receive your funds and only from the next day. A loss of 1 day as they don't backdate.

I am trying to move away from them and still no action and despite raising a complaint nobody has reached out yet even if they say somebody will be in touch within 3 business days. Transfer in last year was fine but leaving them is a nightmare. More details below.

CMC cash ISA is flexible and also upped the rate to 5.7%, which includes a 0.85% bonus for 90 days for new customers.

Except of them investing your cash in QMMF's, has anyone experience with them?
