I've put in my request already to transfer my existing ISA from elsewhere.
Has in a similar situation and had any luck getting them to increase the rate whilst still at a £0.00 balance ?0 -

I opened an ISA with them around a year ago but never funded it. They sent me the email about rate decreases and I realised that I still had this ISA open so I just closed it in the app and have the option to open the one at 5.01%, which I intend to do.
Makes comparison tables, or just trying to compare 2 products, pretty useless.
same for me at Zopa, 3.8%. I had some money in a 2024-25 ISA with them that I transferred out.
I was going to transfer out before it reduced. I think I'll wait and see what happens on the 6th April.0 -
Zopa cash ISA
i already have a Zopa cash isa which is a fix through until next week.
Today in the app I have access to a 4.5% variable cash isa, which I’m sure has increased since I looked what they were offering me last week0 -

Mine is already at 4%, with no bonus. Apparently they'd offer me 3.9% - 4.4% on their fixed term ISAs, but I am not interested.0 -
I'm seeing 4.5 on my Zopa too, but I am in the process of transferring out to Trading212 and since their 3 month bonus will drop from 5.26 to 4.5 anyway I see no advantage to cancelling the move. Can always move again if a better rate appears elsewhere.0

As has been said before, it's increasingly difficult to gauge things with the differing rates offered by Zopa to different customers on this flexible ISA. It appears to me, they have no interest in retaining their existing customer base, other than those who just leave things as is. I'm just waiting for transfer to fixed with Shawbrook, which is taking longer than usual, as I had to physically sign document, but have been promised interest from the date of signing by Shawbrook, so all good there.

Just had an email (edit somehow won't let me reformat when pasting in):

If you already have a Zopa Smart ISA and transfer in at least £500 the entire balance on the Smart ISA will earn 5.01% for 3 months.
It then reverts to the standard 4.00%. I guess this only applies to the instant access pots.
