After password, text code you come to a screen with the amount in the accounts ie 5k- 2k etc.
Scroll down that page and look for , Open a savings account as in picture below.
Click on open and choose the new isa.
Fill out Ni number and tick a few boxes, drop-down box fund with old isa.
Next etc and it’s open.
Next day rate and any interest will be updated.

EDIT: Have now been told I need to print off a form and post it in, what a faff. I probably won’t bother.1 -
@LoopySnooker
Can`t you just close the 5.61% account as you`re within 14 days of funding it.
Is there anywhere for the money to go back to or did you transfer all of it and close the originating account.1 -
@2010
yes, I probably could do something like that but TBH it has put me off as the real positive for me with the current one is how easy it is to switch within the cooling off period if/when the rates improve. I’ve done it a few times over the last 6 weeks or so and it’s literally done within 2 minutes.0 -

I do wish Virgin did something about their two systems - whenever you ring you don't get to speak to an advisor who deals with both.Not Rachmaninov

4.65% EA ISA now showing in my Moneybox app0
-
I had an email about this, copied below:The Moneybox Cash ISA is here! We’re excited to bring you a new way to build your savings over the long term, tax-free.
Cash ISA features
With the Moneybox Cash ISA you’ll earn a market-leading 4.65%* AER (variable) on balances of £500 or more, which includes a bonus rate of 0.85% for the first 12 months - starting on the date you open your Cash ISA. You can deposit up to £20,000 each tax year, and the interest you earn is completely tax-free.
A lower interest rate of 0.75% AER (variable) applies whenever your account balance is less than £500. It also applies for the rest of your current 12-month period from your fourth withdrawal. The number of withdrawals you can make without impacting your rate will reset each year on the date you opened your Cash ISA.
How to save into your Cash ISA
- Add money with weekly, payday, and one-off deposits
- Transfer in an ISA you have elsewhere by going to Settings > Transfer > Transfer in
- Move money from your other Moneybox accounts. Right now, it's not possible to move money from a Stocks & Shares ISA into a Cash ISA. We’re working to make full transfers available within the next few months
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us via our in-app chat or send an email to support@moneyboxapp.com - we’re always happy to help.
Thanks,
Team Moneybox
*4.65% AER (variable) includes a bonus rate of 0.85% for the first 12 months. A lower rate of 0.75% AER (variable) applies if account conditions aren’t met.
Interest is accrued daily and paid into your account yearly on the date you opened your Cash ISA. The rate is variable, and we'll inform you if it changes.
Was this email clear? Yes, thanks. No, here's some feedback.

Monthly / annual interest payments?
Withdrawal restrictions?
I couldn't find this on their website.
I was able to download the Key Features Doc from their app which gave me all of the above, but don't think I can attach here.
They're rolling it out over their app.
