Cash ISAs: The Best Currently Available List

Well, I registered with a different email address, but when it asked me to select an account to open... no Cash ISA.
I thought maybe it would be available as an existing customer so I opened an easy access account with £1 but... no Cash ISA.
It is listed in the Key Features document I found and downloaded (along with a few other accounts not visible) - fwiw, it's non-flexible, allows transfers, 3 withdrawals and min £500 before the rate drops.
Maybe they're still rolling it out.
Edit to add:
I did politely suggest that "weeks" was very slow for an app-based product.
It is slightly odd isn't it, they launch this great product but as quietly as possible...1 -

I requested a transfer from my Santander 18 month fix to my newly opened Shawbrook 1 yr fix on Saturday. I've noticed that I had an e-mail from both Santander and Shawbrook yesterday. Shawbrook's said the transfer won't go ahead due to Santander but the Santander e-mail says they've received the transfer request from Shawbrook and are progressing. Who's telling the truth?

Paragon have their Double Access ISA (Issue 1) is available again on their website; paying the same 4.5% AER (annual or monthly options available)Has anyone noticed an open Paragon Double Access Cash ISA change rate? I was on the 4.35% AER (4.27% monthly) one and messaged them when I saw the 4.5% rate that didn’t work to apply online (probably because they had withdrawn it). I haven’t heard back, but the dashboard now says 4.41% gross per year which seems in between? I guess if that was the monthly rate this would correspond to the 4.5% AER.

Just looking at Santander ISA rates, they must be well down the bottom of the list.
Well 4 from the bottom on Moneyfacts 1yr fix ISA.
No chance of renewing with them when the time comes.0 -
Yes, the rates are the same as when they were launched back in March/April this year. The only things that have changed are that the 18 month option has been removed and the £50 e-voucher promotion is no longer running.2010 said:Just looking at Santander ISA rates, they must be well down the bottom of the list.

Virgin Money 1-year fix @ 5.80% AER3

A mini-flurry of top rate EA ISAs as we hit the mid-point between BoE meetings:
Cynergy 4.55%
Virgin 4.51%
Chorley Double Access 4.5%
I'm holding out for this 4.65% from Moneybox - after I pressed the customer service rep a bit she said most existing customers should have it available by COP Monday....1
