Anyone already got or know if you can have the two versions of Yorkshire Loyalty Six ISA? The branch version and the online?

Just wondering if on/just after the 6th, I could open the branch based one for another £20000 at 4.25%
"You can only hold one account in your name. If you are named on more than one Loyalty Six Access Saver e-ISA Issue 2, the most recent account opened will be transferred to the Internet Saver ISA Plus. You may only subscribe to one cash ISA in a single tax year"

Could be worth a phone call as it does say e-ISA 🤞🏽

yes according to branch teller I spoke to earlier today. If you are after a 23-24 tax year ISA though, in branch application forms are not available until Friday which of course means Tuesday 11th due to the Easter break so I'll go  back into the branch again Tuesday.

That's great, so potentially I could open one in branch next week and transfer an old isa to get a better rate?

And then later throughout the year open another ISA for this years allowance?

I have a branch-based (though I can also operate it online) YBS Loyalty Six Access ISA (issue 2) opened in April 2022.

Last month, I applied for the Loyalty Six Access Saver e-ISA (issue 2) online and transferred my previous years ISA subscriptions to it.

In late March, I also posted a product switch form to a YBS branch asking them to switch my branch-based Loyalty Six Access ISA (issue 2) to issue 3.  They called a few days later to confirm that this would be ok.  They are performing the switch later this week.

If all goes well, then I'll be earning 4.25% on the first £20K of both ISAs.  I'll also report back on how it goes.

That's left me with a dilemma..
I have applied for a Paragon ISA with a subscription date that ends on 6th April...should I stick or wait (the ISAs mentioned above wouldn't be accessible until after the Bank Holiday, I.e on 11th April....

Is there a cooling off period? If there is you can change your mind within that time period.

Not sure if this was reported before but looks like YBS ISA's rate is increasing. Currently showing 3.1% on the website https://www.ybs.co.uk/savings/product?id=YB851683W

It's not uncommon. They might have a pile of applications to work through before the end of the tax year and no capacity to deal with any more. Or they might want to avoid people submitting last minute applications and then complaining because there's a problem with KYC or a delayed Faster Payment which means they miss out on their 2022/3 allowance.
