Yorkshire Building society have launched new ISAs and e ISAs, apply in branch or online, fixed rate - either 1, 2 or 3 years
no withdrawals
Closure permitted with 180 days' loss of interest.

Martin Lewis does not mention Yorkshire Building Society in his list but it looks as if all their current ISAs that allow withdrawals are flexible ISAs.

Just transferred into Paragon Bank Limited Edition Easy Access Cash ISA (Issue 4) at 1.31%.

Just opened this ISA with Coventry BS today was quicker to ring them on 08001218899 as I already had a Reward ISA.

Fixed Rate ISA (66) 30.11.2019
1.50 % Tax-free^ p.a./AER* Fixed until 30.11.2019
