Received my Nottingham BS Savings Passbook today (4% Regular Saver ISA) credited with the first payment.
So for 3 of us (that I can remember) the postal app this year appears to have worked.
As i said earlier it does not actually state it is In Branch only, it alludes to that but just download the application and tick the box that says you don't need advice and have made your own mind up, enclose cheque and you're good to go.
Cheers
Alan
Got declined and told to go in branch. Which branch did you try?
Annoyingly I'm in Nottingham today but don't have proof of address on me, just credit cards.0 -

Hi, I think I used the address on the application form / web site.
Why don't you go in, do the paperwork then say whoops forgot my proof of address, then I am sure they would let you mail it in.
Cheers

Cheshire BS have today dropped their fixed cash ISA rates as follows:
1yr - 1.75% (from 2.05%)
2yr - 2.10% (from 2.50%)
4yr - 2.30% (from 3.00%)
The 3yr, (was 2.80%), seems to have gone.
Was going to move money from CBS to Santander 123 3% account but missed that, decided to stick with the Cheshire at 2.5% but they've now dropped their rates.
Will probably now go with the 2.5% Santander account we opened not realising the rate had dropped.

This is a good account for me as I have a lump sum to invest and have no other ISAs to transfer. It requires a deposit of the full £5760 straight away. That is all fine.
Good for me to and have just sent the form and cq away.
As a Coop customer I would have been able to get a slightly better 2.6% with their similar Brittania offering, but you cannot open one online!!:(0 -
Monmouthshire Building Society: Member's Loyalty ISA, 3.1% fixed for 5 years. Available to those who had accounts on or before 5th April 2013.

Haven't seen any comments about this ISA - any thoughts?
I wouldn't normally like to fix for so long, but as I'm waiting for a previous ISA to mature (at 3.7% & I remember feeling disappointed with that rate) all I'm seeing is rates decrease more & more...
And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -

I think interest is likely to be limited but if you want to lock in for 5 years then the rate looks competitive.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
