I subscribed to Skipton Regular Saver Account on November Last year where the interest rate was still 5%. But I understand that the interest is variable so could go down. Did anyone know the current interest rate?
I am trying to find it from their website, but cannot find this info.0 -

Excellent thank you.
Happy to hear that it is still 5%0 -
Hey Kazza, Barclays Golden ISA (issue 3) is 2.22% AFAIK
Great job BTW.
EDIT: rate was 3.25% if opened before 15th May and 2.22% thereafter.Tough times never last longer than tough people.0 -
Sorry to bump...
MY Halifax online banking shows
ISA Saver Direct
and a rate of only 0.5%. The transfer is in there but not 'available' til 24th May.
Should I sit tight and the account will sort itself out?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

Should I sit tight and the account will sort itself out?
Have you asked for it to be redesignated to an ISA Direct Reward? Or a Fixed Rate ISA? Or not asked anything?
If so, then when did you make the request?0 -
Several of us have had spurious amounts shown in the 'balance remaining to subscribe in the current tax year' section after transfer, which has sorted itself out after a few days but my account still showed as an ISA Direct Reward 4 straight away.frivolous_fay wrote: »Should I sit tight and the account will sort itself out?
Personally, I'd contact them sooner, rather than later regarding the type of ISA shown.0 -
I would give them a ring. I did a transfer late March ish and it took around 3 weeks from a transfer from Satander and it says on mine ISA DIRECT REWARD 40

To be honest it wouldn't have occurred to me to redesignate anything - I applied for the reward account. Why would they set me up with something different?
Hope it's not wrong... will also have to check O/H's. The halifax banking login causes me to slightly lose the will to live

The Reward current account is separate from the ISA.
To get the 3/3.2% ISA, just put your account details in to https://www.halifax.co.uk/isaupgrade.
It may take a few weeks before the higher rate shows up on internet banking, but you'll still be earning the higher rate from the date that you fill in the online form.0
