For the Skipton Member Annual Allowance Cash ISA
"This account is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over, who hold a continuous membership with Skipton Building Society (a Savings Share account or Mortgage) starting on or before 23/02/2026 with a minimum balance of £1"
I kept my account open with £0 so not eligible.

I find Vida customer service excellent. They have always replied to messages the same day and when I had a reason to complain they told me someone would contact me which they did. Took great pains to listen to what I was saying and then followed up with a further phone call to check that the matter had been resolved.
They have also just processed an ISA transfer for me from an ISA notice account without any hitch or delay once the notice period had passed.
A+++ from me.

Just to note that Charter ISA is not flexible.

Ah thanks, that's a shame given their new 4.02% offering!
Definitely need somewhere that will do instant withdrawals (usually quoted as "within 2 hours" but almost always instant) throughout the day. Currently with T212 where this is the case.

Vida are absolutely fine. I transferred out from them to Chip a few months back, and my Chip ISA is now paying exactly the same as this new Vida double access.
I am tempted to transfer back to Vida in the short term, because it will allow me to close my Chip ISA and then reapply to Chip as a new customer when they increase their rates again.

My experience with Vida on a non-ISA fix was also fine.
Slightly annoyed as I've just initiated a transfer to Aldermore's 4.11% from PBS. I suppose I could try and cancel the transfer or just wait for it to go through (it was pretty quick last time) and hope the Vida rate is still available.

Do Vida need paper forms for cash isa transfers in or they done electronically at the application stage.

Electronically at application.

Can you only do Vida transfer in at application or at any time later on and do they allow partial transfers out?

To transfer a Cash ISA from another provider to Vida Savings, you need to open a Vida Savings Cash ISA. You can transfer into a Vida Savings Easy Access ISA, or Defined Access ISA at any time, and into a Vida Savings Fixed Rate ISA at account opening stage only.
