    Well done velvet glove,

The chickpeas are great, probably taste nice with other spices as well, I wonder if you also ovened lentils and spiced them up, how they would come out? Might be like a healthy bombay mix!

God, when was the last time I was here  Just wanted to say a quick 'Hi' to you all and 'well done' on your losses! Fantastic reading all about them :D

I was so motivated until my birthday lasy year and never got back on track with a passion since, plus going on 3 holidays didn't help ... mind, the 3rd was great with so much healthy food and lots of sunshine ... everyone was grateful when the temp was only 31 :rotfl:

Anyhooo, batteries have died on scales and I haven't weighed myself since we got back, must be over a month now:rolleyes: and I keep getting the "batt error" message from the little !!!!!! LOL

Well, also popped in to mention a tip I saw on "you are what you eat" last night ... gonna try it tonight ... mashed cauliflower rather than mashed potatoes :D

Will try and get motivated again ... missing OH terribly while he is away which isn't helping, not that I am binge eating ... quite the opposite ... just not eating properly as I should. Think I may try cutting out carbs as I think I am going ott on them at the mo and am really not being physical enough to burn it off!

Have booked an appointment with GP to get weighed and try and get some help with quiting the evil nicotine ... hopefully this time they will actually help rather than direct me to the nearest pharmacy

    Laters all;)
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!

I am currently 10 stone 3 (well, was on Monday), was 10.6 at my heaviest - I am 5 ft 2. My short term goal is 9 stone 12 by 15th August and my long term goal is 9 stone by 18th october. Hmmmm, got the batteries to work on the scales today and jumped on ... ok, maybe not jumped, but eased myself on them somehow thinking this would shave a few pounds off:rotfl:

Had a nice surprise, I have managed to maintain my weight all this time even though it felt like i had put on at least a stone  It was quite a good feeling to see what the scales had to say .... think I may finally have motivation coming back around my way :T , that or my next birthday

So, will be setting a new target for myself and have 2 target weights in place to reach before my ideal ... small steps ... small steps :D Plus, with the summer holidays, will be fitting in some extra walking too ... must find that pedometer:rolleyes:

BTW has anyone tried those Innocent drinks? fruit smoothies? And have you guys read all there is to read on the cartons? I must be really sad, 'cos I think they are the funniest food/drink packaging I have ever read :rotfl: makes a nice change!
Good luck all and will report my loss next sunday:D
