You are the one who's childish actions are there to be seen, it's a shame that you have taken it upon yourself to have an attitude that other posters have highlighted the fact that they will be reluctant to offer you any help in future. You are the one biting the hand that is offering help. I guess that's what you do in your world.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I just wanted to write a follow up to my post to reassure anyone who is looking for information about these parking tickets. I received the usual range of letters mentioned in the sticky forums finally ending with the 'we have passed your details on to our own made-up debt collection agency' letter. This happened over about 6 months and i havent hear a peep since. So stand firm and ignore them and they'll go away0

Advice has changed since 1st October 2012. You have to appeal and then get a Code to appeal to POPLA.
Great to know it worked out last year as it did for us BUT things are different now.0 -

I got a UKPC ticket at Cityside (Yorkgate) in January, have had all the usual letters from UKPC, DR+ and Zenith, now it's all gone quiet for more than 2 months. It's nice to know they've forked out all those printing, postage and DVLNI costs on my account:rotfl:All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Hi guys read with great interest your various and informative replies to the antics of UKPC boucher Rd Belfast. Was actually accused of leaving the actual car park, logged on to their site picture of my car parked correctly only.Usual crack appeal to their web site ,which without all your help and advise i most probably would have done, take it this is a fishing attempt to narrow down the actual driver. Parking defined as for patrons only for a 3 hour period, no attempt to identify actual driver or the fact we actually made a purchase in one of the shops UKPC allegedly represent within the prescribed time frame. Most likely know the answer already but can they seriously use the fact we Allegedly left their car park. Do I simply ignore the parking invoice and tough it out, do,not need the hassle but without sounding cheesy there is a principle involved and if they want their £60.00 they can work for it. Help or advise will be appreciated, its time more motorists where made aware of the antics of this company, I personally will never shop at Boucher Rd again given the range of other retail outlets available in Belfast.:)0

Please don't hijack threads, especially ancient one from last year. Your in Northern Ireland , so there is no keeper liability. If you are the registered keeper then ignore this fake ticket. If you need further advice create your own thread. Thanks

I recently got a "Parking charge" at yorkgate (Cityside) car park. I "left the premises" as I go to the Titanic quarter BMC, Full time student and can't really afford parking in Belfast. I've parked there for a week now and then I walk back from the tech to find this ticket.
I wasnt sure what to think and I mentioned it to my friends. One friend said for me not to pay it and to check online why. So I did and it has brought me to here.
The car park was virtually empty with around 10 or 11 cars. It was 08:35am that I left my car. On the ticket, it is issued at 08:40am.
I also thought to myself that I had never seen any signs up in the car park about this and well, I checked today and they are all over the place, kinda high up mind.
Should I still stand up and not pay the charge, Ive read all the legal stuff that was posted here and it seems good
all I did was leave the premises. There was at least 200 spaces empty? Plus on the ticket it says I have a black Vauxhall.....which it isnt, it's a renault. Could I contest against that? The charge being wrongly written? I'd appreciate feedback if possible.
Thanks
P.s Plus in regards to the harassment and them not doing anything about it, how many ppl here have had the dentist writing letters to them for a year or so because of an outstanding payment? ha ha I have. They say they may seek legal action but never have.0 -
You need to start your own new thread rather than tag onto the end of an old one.
In your NEW thread make sure you mention that you live in NI ( assuming you do ! ).0
