The time to go round is when you have just boosted up in bump size and wearing something which makes the bump look bigger ;)

We have the opposite problem our elderly neighbour has a driveway (as do we which we use) but she doesnt have a car but still her carers and visitors park right outside our house directly infront of our sitting room window.
We live in a close and the road is usualy fairly empty as houses opposite have a parking bay and all have drives or garages. Parking outside our house (although I am aware its a public road so cant claim it as our land) creates a bottle neck as we live on the bend entering the horseshoe of the close where many cars go quite fast round this bend as its the start of the close so theres still roadway ahead to slow down and stop if that makes sense (sorry my descrisption is poor). Im just waiting for the day someoen comes round and crunch, someones car has had it and theyve ploughed through our front garden patch / front window!

Parking is such an emotive issue isn't it? It may not be illegal for them to do this, but it certainly is inconsiderate and not particularly neighbourly. I use the general rule that it is always best to avoid parking outside someone else's house where possible, and preferably not opposite a drive either - the latter more for the safety of my own car than consideration! But they may well take pity on you as you are pregnant. Most people don't give things like this a second thought.
