"pay As You Go" Car Insurance (norwich Union)

I have been trying to get a PAYD quote but when I enter the registration it says the car is a turbo, which it is not. This would have quite a difference in quote as the normal engine is group 11 and the turbo group 14. How do I get a quote for the correct model?
Gilster,
I'll need to look into this on Monday when I'm back in the office, and I'll get back to you asap

Becca, do you have any insight to my problem re post no.8?
I think there's some interference with the car horn:huh:0 -
Thanks for that Becca, but have just had a reply from NU and has now been sorted out, putting it in the correct group. Thanks for the offer of help.0

Hi QQuaver
I've had a chat with some of the people in the PAYD team, and the device shouldn't be making your car hoot, so if we can get some details for yourself (name, policy number and contact number) someone will give you a call to organise someone to come and look, please email these details to myself rebecca.sibley@norwich-union.co.uk or alternatively you can contact our Sheffield call centre on 0800 068 6985 if you'd rather not share details by email.

I just found the PAYD offer on NU's home page and clicked the link (I was looking for pensions, but curiosity won!). I looked through the 'quick check' list - and the Audi A8 is specifically excluded from this insurance, the last one one of the conditions.
Anybody know why?
I came on to MSE to mention this and noticed this thread so that's why my query is tagged on here.
It's of no benefit to me, as I only drive about 6 or 7000 miles a year and my present insurance cost me an effective £40 after the £130 Quidco rebate and Greeen Flag breakdown cover (which I would normally pay for) are taken off.0 -
